The courts have cleared Mark Clattenburg of any wrong doing in the racism row with Mikel Obi. The FA is seeking to punish Mikel for the tunnel bustup with clattenburg that was said to have occurred after the match. If all goes well Clattenburg could also sue Mikel and Chelsea FC for compensation on damages he has accrued over the period he has been under investigation during the racism case. Thus the big wigs in Chelsea are rumored to be scratching their heads seeking ways to trash out this case quietly with clattenburg before it raises anymore dust both for the player and the club.
